Number of Units Sold: 25 In 1985 tragedy struck the band. While ice-skating at a local arena, three of the brothers mysteriously disappeared. Foul play (not the band's musical ability) was suspected, although charges were never laid against the driver of the zamboni. One minute the boys were there, the next there was only a strip of really clean ice. After being dropped by NotRound Records, Dano found himself struggling as a solo act. He invited songwriter and producer Jevon to join The Bano Brothers and the duo shortened the name to The Banos. They were picked up by Weferlertzer, and within a short time the Banos released their second album. |
