Number of Units Sold: 60 1986 was the year The Banos held their 17 hour long benefit concert Zambon-Aid. Over 200 bands were scheduled to perform 30 second medleys of their hit songs. World wide television rights were granted to all of the major networks except for ABC, NBC, CBS and in Canada CBC North. Then the roof fell in . . . out one by one the television stations backed out, and the bands frustrated by their limited stage time canceled too. Zambon-Aid was turning into the biggest musical disaster since Bob Dylan farted at Live-Aid. To make matters worse, just before The Banos were to start the show it was discovered that Stano had accidentally locked himself in his dressing room and couldn't get out. Luckily for the band little brother Tano Bano was there . . . |
